It has come to the attention of the Augsburg Fairview Academy community that homelessness in our student population is a growing concern. Currently, approximately 40% of our student population has been identified as homeless (as defined by the McKinney Vento Act). We would like take some steps to begin to address this issue. Augsburg Fairview Academy will be holding a town hall meeting Friday, November 22 at 12:00 to address homelessness. We invite you to attend and brainstorm possible large-scale long-term solutions.
